Practice Manager
Meghan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of specialized experience treating disordered eating, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance abuse. She holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Chicago and an MS.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, where she has also taught graduate courses in counseling for 12 years. Meghan completed her graduate and post-graduate training at Seeds of Hope and The Renfrew Center, supporting clients with disordered eating across IOP and PHP levels of care, and further deepened her expertise in substance abuse and mood disorder treatment at Rehab After Work and The Light Program. Meghan went on to serve as Director of the Seeds of Hope Eating Disorder Treatment IOP in Center City before leaving in 2013 to dedicate herself fully to her own private practice, Remedy Treatment Center, where she continues to see clients on an outpatient basis. Meghan is a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Health Coach with training in Health at Every Size (HAES), CBT, and ACT.
At Radiance, Meghan leads clinical supervision across all cases and manages intake calls. She also continues to supervise recent graduates working toward licensure and consults with therapists on building their own private practices.
Outside of work, Meghan can be found gardening, practicing yoga, playing pickleball, and enjoying time with her human and fur children.

Dr. Adrianna Vernace is a licensed psychologist with over six years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults (ages 12+). She offers a person-centered, empathic, and open-minded approach, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and DBT), Dr. Vernace helps individuals develop practical skills while fostering deeper self-awareness and emotional growth.
She specializes in the treatment of ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her clinical experience spans college counseling centers, private outpatient practices, and integrative behavioral health settings within primary care—where she collaborated closely with medical providers to deliver holistic, team-based care.
At Penn State’s student counseling center, she conducted ADHD assessments, led eating disorder groups, and provided individual therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns.
Dr. Vernace is trained in administering a broad range of psychological assessments, including comprehensive evaluations for ADHD. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from New Mexico State University, where her dissertation focused on untreated restrictive eating patterns in the college environment. She also holds an MS.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College.

Jackie Cunningham is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been treating disordered eating, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma for over a decade.
Jackie served as the Director of Seeds of Hope’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorders for several years before becoming the Lead Counselor at their residential treatment facility in Bethlehem, PA.
Jackie has also spent the last six years in private practice settings treating anxiety or mood disorders, both with and without disordered eating present. Jackie has worked as an ABA Instructor and has particular expertise in treating ASD-related challenges. She is an advocate of the LBGTQI+ community and enjoying working with folx across the gender and sexuality spectrum. Jackie helps her clients to find a healthy perception of themselves, strengthen their relationships with others, and build their skill set so they feel confident in taking control of their lives. Jackie’s approach to therapy pulls from many therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, self-compassion and mindfulness. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP, Rachael has extensive experience treating eating disorders at all levels of care, including residential, PHP, and IOP. She works with adolescents and adults struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns—often in the context of trauma, anxiety, or identity-related concerns. Her approach is grounded in Health at Every Size and emphasizes curiosity, self-compassion, and emotional insight over rigid behavioral control. She integrates evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT while also making space for the deeper emotional and relational roots of client concerns.
Rachael also specializes in couples counseling and has completed all Level 2 coursework in the Gottman Method. She brings particular expertise in helping couples navigate parenting stress, infidelity, communication breakdowns, and sexual desire discrepancies. Rachael is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ couples and strives to create an inclusive, affirming space for all relationship structures. Bethanne specializes in treating disordered eating, OCD, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and life transitions. She works with adolescents (ages 12+), adults, and families. Victoria hold a dual master’s degree in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked as a school counselor as well as in treatment programs and private practice settings. She works with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults, offering in-person sessions in Rittenhouse Square as well as virtual appointments.

She is trained in CBT, DBT and ACT. She also utilizes somatic and expressive exercises. Janet has worked in residential, PHP, IOP levels of care and during those times, she oversaw the development of trauma focused group therapy programming.
Outside of eating disorders, Janet has experience treating anxiety, complex trauma, grief, self-harm, suicidal ideation and difficult life transitions. Janet emphasizes the importance of meeting each client where they are in life, engaging with authenticity, curiosity and empathy. Her clients feel their connection to her is authentic, not construed, and appreciate her relatable nature. They describe her as attuned, grounded and interactive. Erik Osterlund is a compassionate and calming presence in therapy, known for helping clients effectively navigate difficult emotions and harmful patterns they may be stuck in. He specializes in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, ARFID, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) and skin picking (excoriation disorder) and process addictions (such as video games and gambling). His work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Erik spent over five years at Rogers Behavioral Health, providing care at the intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels for both children and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, and depression. While at Rogers, he developed a virtual telehealth treatment protocol for OCD that became the standard for virtual OCD treatment.
During his time there, he also became known for his grounding, steady approach and deep expertise in ERP. After his time at Rogers, Erik transitioned into private practice, where he has spent the past two years offering outpatient therapy.

Shannon Bork, MFT, is a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings over eight years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. Before entering outpatient therapy, Shannon spent six years as a Family Advocate in disability law, where she developed a deep understanding of complex family systems, high-stress environments, and the importance of collaborative problem-solving. For the past two years, she has dedicated her work solely to outpatient therapy, helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, repair connection, and navigate major life transitions.
Shannon is Gottman Level 2 certified, integrating evidence-based relationship tools into her therapeutic approach. She is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping individuals and couples identify and express underlying emotions, strengthen attachment bonds, and move from reactive conflict to secure emotional connection.

In addition to her work in higher levels of care, Samantha has devoted many years to private practice, where she integrates a creative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
Sam approaches therapy from a psychodynamic and person-centered perspective, creating a supportive space for self-exploration and growth. Camila’s clinical focus includes supporting children and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, ODD, OCD, and parental divorce. She has worked across multiple settings, including schools, crisis intervention services, and outpatient practices, where she provides compassionate, individualized support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Camila is warm and patient. She likes to bring fun and play into sessions whenever possible and believes in treating individuals as well as their family system. Camila values evidence-based approaches and can see children as young as age five. Ilana is a master’s-level clinician providing counseling services both virtually and in-person for children ages 13+ and adults. Ilana earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from University of Pennsylvania. She began her career as a high school counselor, helping teens navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges. Since then she has spent the last several years working in higher level of care programs for eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders before transitioning to private practice. Ilana’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating, life transitions and trauma-informed care. She takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, often incorporating humor. Clients tend to connect with her easily. Tova Strauss is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Radiance. She provides both in-person therapy in Rittenhouse and virtual sessions, working with adolescents ages 16+ and adults.
Tova understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and, at times, overwhelming. Annie is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach specifically designed to treat trauma and PTSD.
She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work. Annie takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, tailoring treatment to each individual while integrating both skills-based strategies and deeper exploratory work to support meaningful, lasting change.
Clients often experience Annie as warm, grounded, and collaborative. She prioritizes creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment, where curiosity is encouraged and clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Annie is passionate about her work and feels honored to walk alongside her clients as they move toward healing and recovery.
Annie works with clients in PA ages 17 and older and offers both in-person sessions at the Rittenhouse Square office and virtual appointments. She offers daytime and evening availability.
All of our clinicians work virtually and can see clients located in PA . Many of our clinicians also see clients in-person in our Rittenhouse Square office. We can often accommodate evening and weekend appointment requests.
