Radiance Therapy Group

Helping You Focus on What Matters

At Radiance Therapy Group, we specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate life with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD affects more than focus and attention — it influences organization, motivation, relationships, and emotional well-being. Our therapists provide evidence-based ADHD therapy that helps clients understand their brains, build new skills, and create lasting change. We take a neurodiversity-affirming approach to ADHD. We believe ADHD is not a flaw or a limitation — it’s a different way of thinking, processing, and engaging with the world. Our mission is to help clients embrace their strengths, understand their challenges, and build systems that allow them to thrive.

Our Approach to ADHD Treatment

We take a personalized, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to ADHD treatment. No two people experience ADHD in the same way, so our therapists and psychologists tailor every session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Comprehensive ADHD Assessment

Treatment begins with a thorough assessment to understand your (or your child’s) experiences, challenges, and strengths. We look at attention patterns, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and co-occurring concerns like anxiety or depression. This assessment helps us create a clear, individualized treatment plan.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for ADHD

CBT for ADHD helps clients manage negative thought patterns and develop practical tools for focus, organization, and self-confidence. Our therapists use proven CBT techniques to reduce procrastination, improve motivation, and build emotional resilience.

Executive Function Coaching

Many people with ADHD struggle with executive functioning — planning, time management, and follow-through. We provide executive function coaching that offers hands-on strategies to strengthen these skills and improve daily life at school, work, and home.

Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation

We integrate mindfulness-based strategies to help clients improve focus, manage impulsivity, and handle strong emotions effectively. These techniques support self-awareness and calm in moments of stress or overwhelm.

Collaborative ADHD Support

For children and teens, our therapists collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistent strategies across home and school. For adults, we explore workplace support, relationship communication, and practical tools for managing responsibilities and maintaining balance.
