Whether you're navigating communication breakdowns, infidelity, parenting stress, or emotional disconnection โ we offer a nonjudgmental space to strengthen your connection and find your way back to each other.
We work with couples and families in all types of relationships โ LGBTQIA+ partnerships, polyamorous and non-monogamous arrangements, co-parenting dynamics, blended families, and other non-traditional family systems.
Our therapists support partners navigating a wide range of challenges: communication breakdowns, infidelity, parenting concerns, emotional disconnection, differences in sexual desire, pre-marital concerns, and more. We offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
Our therapists draw from several evidence-based modalities โ tailored to the unique needs of your relationship.
EFT centers on identifying the emotional cycles that keep couples feeling stuck or disconnected. Through guided conversations, partners learn to express their underlying needs and fears, creating new patterns of responsiveness, safety, and bonding.
This approach helps partners explore how early attachment experiences shape the ways they connect, seek comfort, or respond to conflict. By understanding these patterns, couples can move toward greater security, empathy, and emotional closeness.
IFS invites each partner to explore their inner parts โ the different emotional states or protective roles that influence how they show up in the relationship. Working with these parts fosters self-awareness and compassion, helping couples respond with greater understanding and care.
For couples who benefit from structured, skills-based approaches, we integrate CBT and DBT tools to improve communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution โ providing practical strategies you can use day-to-day.
The Gottman Method is one of the most respected, research-based approaches to couples therapy โ developed from decades of studying what makes relationships thrive. It focuses on improving communication, deepening friendship and intimacy, and managing conflict in healthy, constructive ways. Several of our couples therapists have completed formal Gottman training and can offer this approach.
At the beginning of your work together, you'll have the option to complete the Gottman Relationship Checkup โ an online questionnaire each partner fills out separately. Your therapist uses the results to build a personalized treatment plan from the very first session. Participation is optional, but many couples find it incredibly helpful.
Couples counseling is not always covered by insurance. Coverage can vary depending on your plan, provider, and the reason for treatment. Our team is happy to help navigate your benefits before you begin.
These therapists have specialized training in couples and family therapy.
