Services Offered
Our therapy is grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and a weight-inclusive approach, which means we don’t focus on weight loss or body perfection. Instead, we help you develop a healthier relationship with food and your body, regardless of your size.

Eating Disorder Treatment
We provide specialized therapy for individuals dealing with a variety of eating disorders, including: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Exercise Addiction, Chronic Dieting, ARFID, Body Dysmorphia (BDD), Poor Body Image, Phobias relating to food or eating (vomiting, choking, etc).

Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety is something we all experience at times. Whether it’s the tension before a big presentation, the unease before a social event, or the worry that follows a difficult conversation, anxiety is a natural part of life.

Trauma Therapy
Trauma can affect every part of your life, from your emotions and relationships to your sense of safety in the world. Whether you’ve experienced childhood trauma, a recent traumatic event, or long-term exposure to stressful situations

Mood Disorders
Depression can feel like an unrelenting weight that drags you down, making even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. It often affects every aspect of life—relationships, work, and the way you see yourself.

OCD Therapy
OCD can feel like a constant battle between intrusive thoughts and the overwhelming need to perform certain rituals or behaviors to neutralize those thoughts. It’s exhausting and can take over every aspect of your life, from daily routines to relationships.

Group Therapy
Radiance Therapy Group offers several outpatient group therapy options delivered in-person at our Rittenhouse Square office and virtually. Our groups are kept small and emphasize regular attendance so that they become cohesive. Complete the Group Therapy Interest Form and our group therapist will be in touch with you soon to answer any questions you might have!
Additional Specialities
Our therapists have a range of specialized training in areas that interest them personally. Outside of anxiety, eating disorders and mood disorders our therapists each have one or more areas of interest personally that they have received specialized training in. These include substance abuse, post-partum and women’s health concerns (like PCOS and PMDD), grief and working with the LBGTQI+ community, to name a few. If you are interested in receiving treatment for a concern that you do not see discussed on our website, we’d be happy to let you know if anyone from our team has training and experience with that issue. And if not, chances are we know someone outside of Radiance that does and we can help get you to the right place!
